SabiSolar is an information and referral platform operated by Provadal Tech. We help Nigerians make better solar energy decisions through free sizing tools, product verification, and connections to verified solar installers.

We are not a financial adviser, installer, or equipment retailer. We do not provide installation services, warranties, or guarantees on any third-party products or services.

• Contact information — name, phone, WhatsApp number, and state when you submit a lead or partner application.
• Calculator inputs — appliance lists, city, battery type. Used only to generate your report; not stored unless you purchase a paid report.
• Photos — images uploaded to our AI scanner are sent to Anthropic for analysis and are not stored by SabiSolar beyond your session.
• Payment data — processed entirely by Paystack (CBN licensed). We never see or store card or bank details.
• Review content — installer reviews you submit voluntarily, including name, rating, and written feedback.

• To refer you to a verified installer in your state.
• To deliver paid solar sizing reports you have purchased.
• To process and manage partner applications and commission records.
• To improve the accuracy of our sizing calculations and tools.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your name, phone number, and state may be shared with a SabiSolar verified partner installer in your area so they can provide an installation quote. By submitting a lead form, you consent to this referral.

Third-party processors we use:

• Supabase — encrypted database storage
• Anthropic — AI analysis for photo scanning and diagnostics
• Paystack — payment processing (CBN licensed)

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may at any time:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
• Withdraw consent to installer referral.

Email architect@provadal.com with your request. We respond within 30 days.

Lead data is retained for up to 24 months to facilitate installer follow-up and commission tracking. Partner data is kept for the duration of the partnership plus 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

SabiSolar does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage only to remember your partner portal session on your own device.
