SabiSolar is an information and referral platform operated by Provadal Tech. Our tools — including the solar sizing calculator, quote validator, fake product detector, wiring diagram generator, and AI-powered scanners — are provided as general information only.

SabiSolar is not: a licensed financial adviser, an engineering firm, a solar installer, an equipment retailer, or a warrantor of any third-party product or service.

All results generated by SabiSolar tools — system sizes, price estimates, payback periods, product assessments — are estimates based on the information you provide. They are for general guidance only and do not constitute professional engineering, financial, or legal advice.

Actual costs, performance, and savings will vary based on your specific circumstances, equipment brands, installer workmanship, grid conditions, and usage patterns. Always engage a qualified solar engineer before making a significant purchase.

The paid Solar Sizing Report (₦5,000) delivers a detailed breakdown of estimated system specifications and shopping price ranges based on your inputs. The report is provided for informational purposes. Payment is processed by Paystack; purchases are non-refundable once the report is delivered.

When you submit a lead form, you consent to SabiSolar sharing your contact details (name, phone number, state) with one or more verified partner installers in your area. SabiSolar does not guarantee that a referral will result in a quote, installation, or any particular outcome.

SabiSolar is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer. Any disputes regarding installation quality, pricing, timelines, or equipment are solely between you and the installer.

The "SabiSolar Verified" designation means we have reviewed an installer's submitted business registration and basic information at the time of application. It does not constitute an endorsement of their workmanship, pricing, warranties, or business conduct.

Partners who receive verified complaints from customers may have their verified status suspended or revoked at SabiSolar's sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through our lead or review forms.
• Use our tools to collect or scrape data for commercial use without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment flows, or access controls.
• Impersonate SabiSolar or claim to represent us to installers or customers.

To the maximum extent permitted under Nigerian law, SabiSolar and Provadal Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:

• Reliance on information, estimates, or recommendations from our tools.
• Actions or inactions of any installer or third party we refer you to.
• Equipment failures, underperformance, or installation defects.
• Service downtime or interruption of the platform.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date. Continued use of SabiSolar after changes constitutes acceptance.
